Step 1
Find out where the drug treatment clinic is located in your city or area. Usually, a certificate is issued by municipal medical institutions, but you can also get it in a private clinic, since in any case you will be given it only after visiting a doctor and passing all the necessary tests for a certain fee.
Step 2
If you are going to apply to the municipal narcological dispensary for a certificate for employment, find out if they can help you at your future place of work and write a referral for examination free of charge. Get a referral if possible.
Step 3
Contact the dispensary's registry with a passport and compulsory health insurance policy, as well as a military ID or certificate of registration, if necessary. If you have a free service referral on hand, show it right away so that the front desk does not have to rewrite the forms later. If not, then get a receipt from them, contact the bank and pay the set amount to the dispensary's account.
Step 4
Get in line to see a narcologist. Since many people usually apply for such certificates, come to the dispensary early in order to get a consultation with a doctor on time. At the reception with a specialist, behave calmly, do not tell anything unnecessary about yourself and do not succumb to possible provocations on his part (and this happens). All that is needed to get help is satisfactory test results.
Step 5
If you behave inappropriately, the doctor will definitely send you for an additional examination, which will certainly not suit you or, for example, a potential employer who counts every day. Although in some disadvantaged regions, anyone who applies for such a certificate is necessarily sent for examination, regardless of whether he raises any suspicions about his account with a narcologist or not.
Step 6
Get tested. If their results are satisfactory, then you will immediately receive a certificate stating that you do not need drug treatment.
