The grandparents of today's kids were also children. Like all children in the world, they loved to play, and they had neither computers nor game consoles. On the other hand, there were many mobile, board, and role-playing games that may be of interest to modern children as well. The attributes can be made by hand.
It is necessary
- - a piece of chalk;
- - skipping rope;
- - knife;
- - an iron jar with sand or a pebble.
Instructions
Step 1
As children, today's grandparents spent a lot of time on the street. As soon as the snow melted, groups of girls and boys with balls, skipping ropes, knives and other interesting objects appeared in all the yards. The rope did not have to be purchased at the store - for some games, you needed something like a rope, which was not available for sale. A piece of rubber hose, for example, was good. To play the "classics" needed only a piece of chalk and a cue ball - a jar filled with sand from under the boot cream or lollipops. The most common stone could serve as a cue ball.
Step 2
There were a great many "classics". Almost every courtyard had its own rules. The most popular option is “simple”. On a flat area, draw a rectangle, dividing it with a longitudinal line into 2 identical strips, each of which, in turn, is divided by horizontal lines into 5 squares. Put a number in the corner of each square. "Kdassik" turns out to be only ten, the player must jump into each one in turn, without stepping on the line. After the first five squares, you can sometimes rest. In the part of the rectangle that is farther from the first and tenth squares, draw a semicircle and write the word "rest" there. However, there were also variants of the game, when in this semicircle they wrote something like "fire" or "hell", and then it was impossible to jump into it under any circumstances. The game can go on for quite a long time. The player stands in front of the square with the number "1", throws the cue ball into this square and jumps into it on one leg. In exactly the same way, he must skip over all the squares. Special conditions stipulate whether you can lower your leg or not. In general, the method is negotiated in advance. You can jump on two legs, with your eyes closed, back forward, etc. "Moscow classics" had a different configuration, they had to jump on one leg, then on two. In general, everyone could come up with the rules - as well as the arrangement of the squares. The initiative was welcomed in every possible way.
Step 3
No less than the classics, there were options for playing with a rope. To get started, just try jumping on two legs, spinning the rope forward. There can be two ways - with a jump and without. In the first option, the middle of the rope touches the floor, the player jumps over it, and then, while the cord passes behind his back, jumps again. In the second option, you need to rotate the rope very quickly so that your feet do not touch the ground a second time. The rules varied. One could twist the rope forward, backward, jump on one or two legs, alternate legs, cross them. You could play in pairs. For example, one girl started the game and should not be interrupted, while the second needed to quickly jump under the rope, stand opposite and also start jumping. If one of the partners stepped on the rope, the couple had to rest, and another team took its place. The winner was the one who made more jumps and did not make mistakes.
Step 4
There were also such variants of games with a rope, when two players twisted the cord, and the third one jumped. The rope for such a game should be quite long and heavy, so no one usually likes to twist. At the beginning of the game, select the "spinners" with a counting-rule, and then they will be replaced by the one who stepped on the rope. Start spinning, the third player must jump and jump as required by the rules. For example, in the old days this option was practiced. The player jumps in, makes one jump over the rope, and runs out. The second player jumps in, also makes one jump and jumps out. In the next round, it was necessary to jump over the cord twice, then three times, etc. The winner was the one who made the most jumps. You can twist the rope both towards the players and in the opposite direction. The position of the legs can also be negotiated in advance.
Step 5
For a complete beginner, there was a simpler version of the game with a rope. Have two players pull the rope a short distance from the ground. Let the third player jump over it in any convenient way. In the next round, the rope is raised higher, then even higher. When the jumper touches her, he replaces one of the tensioners. The next time he gets the opportunity to jump, the rope is pulled at the level at which the player dropped out in the last round.
Step 6
On the street, children played games of low mobility. Such games include, for example, the game of "knives". Draw a circle on the ground and divide by the number of players. Each player must stand on their own piece of land. Choose by lot who will throw the knife first. The knife should stick into the neighbor's ground. If this succeeds, the thrower is allowed to cut off a piece of "enemy territory" by connecting the place where the knife is stuck to the center with a straight line. The player who has no land left is eliminated. How to throw the knife should be discussed in advance. This can be done while squatting, standing, kneeling, etc. The most agile players threw a knife over their shoulders.
