To avoid this, in January 2014, the law on the provision of public services in electronic form to the population of Russia came into force.
An electronic service is a declarative service when a citizen receives information without contacting any institution directly via the Internet. The most popular are services such as enrollment in a kindergarten or an appointment with a doctor, enrollment of a child in an educational institution that provides both basic general and additional education, etc.
The government set priority tasks for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, according to which it was necessary, first of all, to transfer the basic state services to electronic form. In the future, it was planned to expand their list. An important point in the introduction of electronic services was that in this way they had to become more transparent and open to people, eliminating the corruption component.
Municipal services in electronic form should be provided at both the municipal and regional levels. However, at present, not all constituent entities of the Russian Federation are connected to Rosreestr. And in those for which the provision and receipt of electronic services is available, serious improvements are required both in the number of services translated into electronic form and in the quality of the information provided.
However, in the first half of 2014, 2.7 million Russians registered in the system on the website gosuslugi.ru, which compared to 2013 was a dynamic and a noticeable breakthrough. This is due, among other things, to the general computerization of the population. This causes not only an idle banal interest in obtaining municipal services in electronic form, but also the need to acquire what you want in a more convenient, easy way. Without a doubt, the future belongs to electronic services.
