Natalya Vasilievna comes from a simple Bashkir family. She was born on December 2, 1935 in the small village of Bakaly. Some sources have information that Nina's father was a military man or a director, and her mother was an employee of a meat processing plant. Nina Vasilievna refutes these data and emphasizes her simple origin.
Despite the modest income, the parents wanted to give their children a good education, and for this reason they moved to the Oktyabrsky village, where there was a 10-year school and a vocational school.
Since childhood, Nina dreamed of ballet and acting, adored the work of Ladynina, Orlova, Maretskaya. Immediately after moving to Oktyabrsky, the girl entered the drama club of the local club of oil workers and spent almost all her free time there. Parents did not like their daughter's hobby, but she was persistent. After school, Nina Antonova went to the capital, where she made attempts to enter all specialized universities. She played Natka while still a student at Pike, and she became her pass to Lenfilm.
Nina Vasilievna received her first leading role at the Dovzhenko film studio in Kiev, where she moved with her husband in 1964. There, the young actress was noticed and noted for her talent, and in 1969 she played Varya Kravets in the film "Varkin's Land".

Nina and Anatoly never parted again, living in two countries, or rather, republics. The fact is that at that time Bukovsky was also a student of the directing course at the Kiev Karpenko-Kary Institute.
Nina and Anatoly formalized their marriage a year later, and in 1960 their son Sergei was born. He continued his creative dynasty, was educated as a director. Moreover, his daughter Anastasia followed the example of her grandfather, grandmother and dad. She is a successful Ukrainian producer and director.
At the eighth Odessa Film Festival, Sergey Anatolyevich Bukovsky presented his mother, Nina Vasilievna Antonova, with the prize for the best female role. She was honored for her work in the documentary "Lead Role", in which she played herself.
