Biography of the politician

Alexander Beglov was born in the capital of the Azerbaijan SSR, the city of Baku, on May 19, 1956. The boy's father was a participant in three wars, his mother took care of children and the house. According to some sources, the Beglov family had 8 children, Alexander is the youngest of them.

School science was not easy for the boy, and Alexander failed the "sailor" exams. Upon graduation, he was drafted into military service in the ranks of the SA.

In 1978, Alexander Beglov was demobilized from the SA. The guy decided to continue his education, entered LISS (now SPbGASU) - Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute. There he mastered the specialty "specialist in industrial and civil construction." At the same time, the young man consolidated his theoretical knowledge in practice - he worked as a high-rise installer at construction sites in his native city of Leningrad.

Beglov took up serious career development in 1985, two years after receiving his diploma from LISI, as the head of an entire construction department in the executive committee of Leningrad. Alexander Dmitrievich's management was characterized as a promising and active employee, soon after starting work in the executive committee he was expected to be promoted “in service” - transfer to the regional executive committee, to the post of head of the socio-economic sector.

Career of Alexander Beglov

He worked in a government position in the apparatus of Leningrad and the Leningrad Region until 1991. With the beginning of perestroika, personnel changes came, many of Beglov's colleagues "went" into business. Alexander Dmitrievich also decided to try his hand at this field.

Beglov's first business idea was the Melazel company, which he created with his colleagues and friends. Alexander Dmitrievich was not only its co-owner, but also held the post of chief engineer. The company was engaged in construction, was a Russian-German enterprise.
