Biography
Irina Saltykova (nee Sapronova) was born in 1966 in a small town in the Don Tula region. The family did not live well, but the parents tried to give Ira and her older brother Vlad everything they needed. The girl was sent to rhythmic gymnastics, and over the years she managed to achieve the title of candidate for master of sports.
After school, Irina became a student at a construction technical school, graduating in 1985. She continued to receive a higher education in economics at one of the capital's universities and received a diploma in 1990. Possessing an attractive appearance and a slender figure, the girl easily passed the casting to the popular Mirage group, but soon left it, getting married.
It was her husband, the famous singer Igor Saltykov, who accidentally pushed Irina to continue her musical career. At first she tried herself in entrepreneurship, but things did not go very well. Then the husband jokingly said that, at least, she did not need to strain her voice on stage. Irina did not agree with him and, contrary to what was said, began to record her songs.
Saltykova was willingly invited to Moscow concerts, where her compositions "Let Me Go" and "Gray Eyes" were performed, which quickly gained the status of hits. In 1994, they, along with other songs, entered the singer's debut album, named after her first success - "Gray Eyes". Clips were shot for the main composition and several others, thanks to which Saltykova also became a sex symbol of the Russian scene.
Two years later, the singer's new album, Blue Eyes, went on sale. By that time, her song was rattling with might and main on radio and television, and Saltykova herself spent a lot of time on touring Russia. In 1998, she consolidated her success with another disc "Alice", and over the next few years she also released discs "Destiny", "I am yours" and "Was not …". Irina Saltykova is also known for her small but memorable roles in the films Brother 2 and Wings.

Irina Saltykova met her future husband Viktor, from whom she took a well-known surname, while vacationing in the south in 1985. An affair began between them, and two years later the couple got married. Almost immediately, a daughter, Alice, was born. Gradually, Igor Saltykov began to yield to his wife in popularity and became addicted to alcohol. As a result, the former lovers broke up with a big scandal.
In the 90s, Irina enjoyed great attention among many representative men. She was even credited with novels with major criminal figures. Later, she met for some time with hockey player Pavel Bure, and in 2013 struck up a relationship with a businessman named Igor.
