Ask a representative of the internal affairs body to announce your status and the reason for your detention. When familiarizing yourself with the protocols on detention and offense, make sure that the time and place of the events are entered correctly. All lines and columns of the document must be filled in without gaps. If blank lines remain on the minutes or in the explanation form, put dashes there. Do you disagree with the protocol?
