Biography
Victor Gavrilov was born on April 12, 1974 in the city of Omsk. After leaving school, he entered the Omsk State Pedagogical University at the Faculty of Philology. Here he studied until 1996, received a higher education. But even before that, he demonstrated his poetic gift by creating talented works.
In 1994, Viktor Viktorovich was invited to a seminar for young writers, which took place in Omsk. And already in 1996 the future famous poet Gavrilov V. V. published his first book of poems, which was called "Bless for happiness." This poetic almanac was published by the publishing house "Rus".
Career
The second global creation of the poet was published in 2006. For this book "The Light Within Me" Viktor Viktorovich was awarded the title of laureate of the literary prize named after the writer Dostoevsky.
And in 2015, V. V. Gavrilov was awarded the V. A. Makarov literary prize (this is an Omsk poet). This award is timed to coincide with the release of the third collection of Viktor Viktorovich, which was called "The Pendulum of the Star".
