Debt with bailiffs is an unpleasant problem that you may or may not be aware of. Moreover, you can be subject to a large number of different sanctions, so you need to get rid of debts as soon as possible.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the federal bailiff service. It is one of the most well-coordinated organizations in Russia. You can find out debts from the bailiffs by calling the special telephone number or by contacting the nearest center. There is also an online portal that allows you to quickly find out if you have any outstanding debt.
Step 2
In order to use the latter option, go to the official website (fssprus.ru), go to the lower left corner and find there a link to the database of enforcement proceedings (large rectangular orange button). A window will open in front of you. Carefully read the information that will be presented to you. At the bottom of the page, fill in the data required by the system. At the end click on the button "Search …"
Step 3
Be sure to check if you entered the data correctly. This is especially important if you have a common first or last name, as it is easy to run into a namesake. To increase the accuracy of your search, enter your date of birth. If the query returns “Nothing found”, then you have no debts. Otherwise, you will be given a list of debts.
Step 4
Also on this site you can not only find out debts from bailiffs, but also pay them immediately. The column titled "Service" will have a large yellow button labeled "Pay". Click it, select a payment option and complete the payment.
