Check the telephone directory for your city or call the helpline. There probably is a detailed address and telephone number of your regional division of the Federal Bailiff Service. Just remember that there is usually a charge for contacting the telephone information service.

Go to the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia www.fssprus.ru. On the main page of the site, select the region you need and click the "Find" button. Or use the information of the directory on the legal portal "UNET" (www.iunet.ru). In the menu for selecting the department, click on the emblem of the bailiff service and select the region you need from the list that opens. Select the one you need from the list of regional divisions. All contact details (address and phone numbers) will be indicated under its name of the FSSP unit you need

Take a city map or open interactive maps on the Internet. If you do not know the area well, look at the location of the bailiff service on the map at the exact address you found and choose the most convenient route for you to get there.

Borrow a large amount of money from someone under a correctly drawn up receipt, get a loan from a bank, or in some other way take on obviously impracticable financial obligations. You can also cause material harm to an individual or legal entity. Maliciously shy away from fulfilling your obligations. Ignore suggestions for a settlement and debt restructuring. Wait until, at the request of the injured party, a court decision is made to enforce the collection of the amount owed from you.
