The Kremlin (Presidential) Regiment, which has existed for more than 70 years, is a military unit with strict selection criteria and special internal regulations, whose employees are responsible for guarding the Moscow Kremlin and other important state facilities, serving at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin walls and participating in carrying out protocol events.
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure that you meet all the requirements for conscripts and that there are no circumstances that prevent you from entering the service: you do not live abroad, have not been convicted of serious and state crimes, you are not being investigated or preliminary investigated by law enforcement bodies, there are no cases in court proceedings in which you would act as a defendant. Your close relatives must also have no criminal record and live abroad.
Step 2
You must not have outstanding convictions for committing a crime, serve a sentence of arrest, imprisonment or restraint of liberty, or correctional labor. In addition, you also should not be registered in the dermatovenerologic, narcological, neuropsychiatric dispensary and in law enforcement agencies. A conscript who wants to serve in the Presidential Regiment must be from a complete family and have an education at least completed secondary.
Step 3
The following requirements are put forward for the state of health: height from 175 to 190 cm, weight within normal limits, good general physical development, visual acuity in both eyes not less than 0.7, normal color perception and hearing (good perception of whispered speech in both ears at a distance, exceeding 6 meters). The conscript must have a Slavic appearance and clear speech without defects, and there must be no piercings, tattoos or scars on his body.
Step 4
Check out the list of vacancies posted on the official website of the Kremlin regiment if you intend to serve in it on a contract basis, or notify the draft board that you want to serve in the presidential regiment. After passing the selection at the military registration and enlistment office, you will have to give written consent, which gives the right of the FSB of the Russian Federation to check your identity, and pass an interview with the FSB officers. In addition, a testing procedure and an interview with representatives of the Kremlin regiment await you. It is necessary to notify the military registration and enlistment office of your decision several months before the start of the draft, otherwise you will not have time to go through all the stages of selection.
