And at the age of fifteen, he shot an amateur film on a movie camera presented to him by his parents, based on his favorite action movie, where all the roles were played by his friends.

In those years, he could not even imagine that someday he would really become the director of the continuation of the famous tape and "Die Hard 4.0" would appear on the screens.

early years

Len was born in the USA in the spring of 1973. From childhood he was attracted by cinema and comics. The boy dreamed that one day he would really start working in films and would be able to realize his fantasies, becoming a famous director. After his parents gave him the first movie camera, he practically never parted with it. Coming up with his own scripts, he shot his amateur films in the yard, where his friends became the main characters in his paintings.

Len graduated from high school and entered one of the most prestigious colleges in America - De Ants, where he received a professional director's education. Even in his student years, the young man made several short amateur films, and soon, having received a diploma, he went to look for work at the studio in order to build his career.

Len began his creative biography at one of the studios involved in the production of science fiction films. He became an assistant to the famous director R. Emmerich and took part in such well-known projects as: "Stargate", "Godzilla", "Men in Black" and "Independence Day".

Wiseman came to prominence in 2003 after the release of the film "Underworld", where he acted as a director and screenwriter. Film critics were not enthusiastic about the film, but despite this, the picture collected a large box office at the box office and was well received by the audience. The success of the first part of the film allowed Len to shoot three more sequels of the tape: "Underworld: Evolution", "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans" and "Underworld: Awakening".

Successful shooting of the debut film gave Len the opportunity not only to declare himself, but also to stand on a par with already well-known directors. Soon he received an offer to direct the sequel to Die Hard 4.0, and his childhood dream became a reality.

The next work of Wiseman was the project "Hawaii 5.0", which was filmed based on the famous TV series that aired on television since 1968.
