Starting conditions
At all times, a physically strong person was respected by those around him. In the event that he was not respected, they were afraid to enter into conflict with the strongman. These are the unwritten rules of communication in a social environment. Denis Ivanovich Tsyplenkov was born on March 10, 1982 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the famous city of Krivoy Rog. My father worked at a metallurgical plant. Mother worked as a nurse in a polyclinic. The child grew up surrounded by love and care. Denis was brought up simply and strictly.
The future bodybuilder has always been able to find a common language with his peers. Cyplenkov studied well at school, although there were not enough stars from the sky. From an early age he began to engage in various sports sections. Cross-country running and high jumping did not appeal to him at all. When Denis turned eleven, a kettlebell lifting coach noticed the boy. Systematic and properly designed training led the athlete to decent results. At the age of fourteen, Cyplenkov fulfilled the norm of a candidate for master of sports in kettlebells.
Sports achivments
When Denis realized that kettlebell lifting is very poorly developed on the world stage, he decided to move on to armwrestling. And in this situation he was lucky. The then-famous coach Kote Ramzadze began to study with Tsyplakov. The skillfully planned tactics of participation in competitions and the physical training of the athlete allowed him to declare himself at the international level in a short time. At the first stage, Tsyplakov confidently became the champion of Ukraine. And a year later he made his way to first place among European juniors. These were just the first steps into big sport.
To continue his sports career, Tsyplakov moved to Moscow. Since 2002, he has been actively working under the guidance of the famous showman and actor Vladimir Turchinsky. To systematize his knowledge, Denis received a special education in coaching courses. The countdown of victories and successes in international competitions began in 2004. Participation in extreme power competitions brought the athlete fame overseas. In 2010, at competitions in the United States, he defeated the famous American fighter Brzenk.
Prospects and personal life
In the fall of 2018, Tsyplakov took part in the Vendetta tournament, which was held in Poland. The day before the start of the competition, the main rival died in a car accident. Denis gave the champion belt to the family of the deceased athlete.
Little is known about Tsyplakov's personal life. He is still free. Rumor has it that the athlete has already chosen his wife, but there is no official confirmation of this. Denis Ivanovich lives in the village of Obukhovo near Moscow. He was elected a deputy of the village council.
