Some people are quite relaxed about traveling by bus, trolleybus or metro. Others do not like using public transport, and this is due to the number of inconveniences experienced while traveling. If all passengers followed the rules of elementary ethics, travel would become much more comfortable. There is an unwritten code of conduct that must be remembered and followed.

Step 1
Before boarding public transport, first wait for all exiting passengers to leave the cabin. Pass the elderly and passengers with children forward and help them: lift bags or a stroller on the steps.
Step 2
After landing, take a comfortable place, if you are traveling nearby - you should not push through the entire cabin. During the ride, hold on to the handrail firmly, but in such a way as not to disturb others. Keep your bag in sight, do not make life easier for pickpockets. If you have bulky items with you, put them somewhere so that they do not interfere with others. The backpack must be removed from the back, and the umbrella must be closed. Sharp-edged items, such as ski poles, must be covered so as not to injure other passengers.
Step 3
Do not read books or newspapers while traveling. Firstly, you will take up more space and disturb others, as you will involuntarily raise your elbows. And secondly, being carried away by an interesting article or the plot of a novel, you may not notice how you lose your wallet.
Step 4
Make way for those who need it - passengers with children and the elderly. If you speak during the trip, do it quietly so as not to disturb others. And of course, obscene language in a public place is unacceptable.
Step 5
Don't be rude to people, even if you are pushed. A polite person will apologize, but you will not teach an ill-mannered person in this way, do not become like "tram boors." Many may have a bad mood, but this is not a reason to spoil it for others.
Step 6
If you need to go out, get ready for this moment in advance. Do not rush to the exit, pushing everyone with your elbows. Politely ask the people standing in front of you for permission to go to the exit, they will let you through.
Step 7
In public transport, as in other crowded places, always behave towards others as you would like them to behave towards you.
