Stepantsov Vadim Yurievich was born on September 9, 1960 in the small town of Uzlovaya, Tula region. Parents graduated from the Tula Mining Institute, technical intellectuals. He quickly became one of the most famous young poets. His works were published in the most prestigious magazines, translated into foreign languages.
In one thousand nine hundred and eighty-nine, Vadim Yuryevich Stepantsov and the poet Konstantin Grigoriev created, in their words, the vandal-rock band "Bakhyt-Kompot", the first known songs of which were "A Girl named Bibigul", "Anarchist" and "Drunken Wrinkled pioneer leader ". The poet not only wrote lyrics for foreign bands, but was also the vocalist of his own, despite the fact that he did not have the ability to play any musical instruments.
