Formulate the question as non-standard as possible. An unusual formulation can "confuse the cards" for anyone, even the most experienced liar. In order to bring a liar to clean water, you need to behave as confidently as possible. You can even rehearse your intonation and facial expression in front of the mirror beforehand. You must suppress the person with your conviction and desire to hear only the truth. Arrange the questions in such a way that there are a huge number of answer options. The person will get tired of choosing and in the end he will have to tell the truth.
Step 2
Put the person in a position where they simply cannot lie. Choose a time and situation in which the person will not expect a "trick". Prepare thoroughly. Choose a moment when you are alone and create the most psychologically comfortable situation. Lull the person's attention with a benevolent attitude, and then suddenly ask the question that you have long wanted to ask him. Watch your reaction. A liar can betray himself with a movement of his eyes (move them to the side, lower them), touch his face, nose, rub his forehead, etc. If you notice similar signs, continue the "attack". Confidently repeat your question, do not let the person come to his senses. You will not have the most pleasant task, but the liar needs to be cornered so that he simply does not have time to come up with a new excuse or lie.
Step 3
Use "forbidden" techniques - blackmail or threat. Of course, this method can only be used as a last resort, when other methods have already been tried. Naturally, you will not turn your threats into reality, but the liar does not know about it. It is not necessary to openly threaten, just hint that the well-being of the liar himself depends on you. Fear can provoke him to speak the truth.
