Amarkhuu Borkhuu is a former Russian popular singer and actor of Mongolian origin, winner of the People's Artist 3 competition, as well as an ex-member of the Prime Minister group.

Amarkhuu Borhuu was born on July 1, 1987 in Mongolia. When he was still a child, his family moved to the Russian Federation, to Buryatia. The city of Ulan-Ude became their new home.
Amarkhuu started studying music from the moment he went to school. Even in his youth, he began to perform in the folklore ensemble "Veselushki", which belonged to the center of the culture of railway workers. All the singer's teachers still note that Borhuu was always easy to contact and was sociable. Singing gave me fame at school. The girls were delighted with his performances. At the same time, the artist himself was never conceited. His parents gave him an ideal upbringing.
The album of the group "Backstreet boys" made a strong impression on Amarkhuu. After that, he decided to connect his life with pop music. Amarkhuu Borhuu participated in many interregional and republican competitions, where he almost always won. But the real fame was brought to him by his participation and victory in the project "People's Artist 3". For a long time, the singer did not dare to perform in this project. And only in the third season, the young man's friends were able to persuade him to go to the casting in the city of Irkutsk. As it turned out, not in vain. He won a landslide victory, gaining 61.7% of the audience's votes, and received the title of Honored Artist of Buryatia.
Then Amarkhuu became a member of the "Prime Minister" group, and since 2013 he has been pursuing a solo career. In 2010 he starred in the main role in the Mongolian-Russian film "Operation Tatar" and starred in the second part of Sergei Bodrov's trilogy about Genghis Khan - "The Great Khan"

After winning the competition, Amarkhuu lived and worked in Moscow. At the moment, the artist is in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia). Engaged in politics and joined the Mongolian People's Party.
