Biography of Anatoly Eduardovich Serdyukov
Anatoly Eduardovich was born in early 1962, into a family of Krasnodar peasants, in the village of Kholmskaya. At the age of 10, he lost his parents, and all the worries about the upbringing of Anatoly and his sister Galina fell on the shoulders of their grandmother.
After graduating from the 8th grade, Anatoly was forced to start working as a driver, since the family did not have enough money, but he did not leave his studies either - he attended evening school.
After receiving secondary education, Anatoly Eduardovich entered the Institute of Trade in Leningrad, received a diploma in economics. The next milestone in his biography was the army service, transfer to the reserve with the rank of lieutenant.
In 1985, the career path of the future State Official of the Russian Federation, Anatoly Eduardovich Serdyukov, began. His first place of work was JSC Lenmebeltorg, where he held the position of Deputy Director for Sales (Commerce).
Political career of Anatoly Eduardovich Serdyukov
Already being an adult, satisfied with a successful career, Anatoly received a second education - he graduated from the law faculty of St. Petersburg State University, defended his Ph. D. and doctoral dissertations. It became a kind of ticket to the world of politics.
In 2000, Serdyukov became part of the tax service of the Russian Federation, where his career began to develop rapidly. For 7 years, he went from the deputy head of the city department to the head of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.
In 2007, Serdyukov was appointed head of the country's Defense Ministry. It was during his leadership that the most significant transformations took place in this structure:

- changes in military education.
Serdyukov introduced a new uniform for soldiers and officers, reduced the term of military service in half, transferred a significant part of the service sectors to civilian corporations and organizations.
In 2012, Anatoly Eduardovich became a defendant in a criminal case of embezzlement and fraud in the Oboronservice organization. His resignation was approved, but the official did not incur criminal punishment, as he fell under the amnesty.
Now Serdyukov is one of the directors of the Rostec corporation and a member of the board of directors of the Russian Helicopters holding.
Personal life of Anatoly Eduardovich Serdyukov
Officially, Anatoly Serdyukov was married twice. His classmate Tatyana became his first wife, and their son Sergei was born in their marriage.
Serdyukov's second wife is Yulia Pokhlebina. She gave birth to Anatoly Eduardovich's daughter Natalia. The marriage lasted 10 years, the reasons for the divorce were not discussed in the media.
But the possible romance of Serdyukov with Elena Vasilyeva was very actively exaggerated by the press. There was no evidence of a romantic relationship between the defendants in one criminal case; they themselves did not comment on the rumors in any way.
