Instructions
Step 1
First of all, decide on the topic and type of the conference, depending on this, the hall will be chosen in the future and the program of the event will be formed.
Step 2
The next item is the program of performances and everything connected with it. Decide on the conference time, the number of participants, the number of breaks, the start and end times of the conference. Coordinate with the speakers their timing.
Step 3
Rent a hall based on what you need to perform. It should be spacious and comfortable enough to accommodate the participants, the number of which was indicated in the previous step. The hall should be equipped with a projector or plasma panel, as well as a tribune for speakers.
Step 4
Start recruiting participants at least two and a half months before the conference. Create invitations that include the place, time and name of the conference, as well as what it will be devoted to. Strike a balance between brevity and accessibility of the material presented. Start calling and sending emails, hand over invitations to the most important guests of the conference in person, or send them by mail.
Step 5
All conference staff must have a badge with their last name, first name and title at the conference. Optimally, the position should be the same - "organizer". On the day of the conference, the general meeting must be one hour before the start of registration. Place employees in the lobby of the building, at the exit from the elevator, and so on. This is necessary if you need to make several turns to get to the check-in counter.
