When there is no reference book at hand, but there is the Internet, then use any search engine. Type in the search bar the surname of the neighbors, the word "phone" and the name of the city. In the first lines of the completed request, you will be presented with city telephone directories, by opening the links, you will be taken to a page where this surname is mentioned. Find the desired phone number at the address.

If you do not know the surname of your neighbors, then write in the query line, separated by commas, the name of the city, the word "telephone directory", the name of the street and the number of the house. In many localities, the sites of the telephone inquiry service, operating in on-line mode, have already been created. If it is in your city, then form a request in it according to the criteria that you know: surname, street and house number, or only by house number and surname.
