Biography
Valdis was born in June 1967. in Riga. Pelsh's father is Latvian, worked as a journalist, radio presenter, economist, mother - Russian, was an engineer. Valdis has lived most of his life in Moscow, but considers himself a Latvian. Pelsh has a sister, she is 13 years younger, she currently lives in the United States.
Little Valdis was distinguished by his ability to learn languages, he studied at a school with in-depth study of French, which he graduated with honors. After graduation, he entered the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University, began to participate in the activities of the youth theater of the university. There he met A. Kortnev, with whom he created the "Accident" collective. As part of the group, Pelsh was responsible for the musical part.

Career
After graduating from Moscow State University, V. Personal life
As a final year student at Moscow State University, Pelsh married a girl named Olga. She is a lawyer, her father became the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 1992. the spouses Pelsh had a daughter, Eigen. The marriage broke up in 2005. In 2006. Valdis marries Svetlana Akimova. They met when the TV presenter was still married.
In 2001. they had a daughter, Ilva, in 2009. the first son Einer appeared, in 2014. - the second son of Ivar. Svetlana is engaged in business, she has an agency for the selection of domestic workers, she also runs the MajorDom agency for the development of clothing design for service personnel.
