Biography

Ilya Oleinikov (real name - Klyaver) is of Jewish origin. He was born in 1947 in Chisinau and was raised in a poor family. Parents barely had enough money to feed Ilya and his older sister. In addition, the grandfather and grandmother of the future actor, as well as his uncle and his family, lived in a small house. Nevertheless, the parents helped the boy as best they could and sent him to a music school, where he learned to play the accordion.

In addition to musical abilities, Ilya Oleinikov showed acting talent. He skillfully parodied famous personalities and just loved to fool around in front of the public. After school, Oleinikov went to Moscow to enroll in a circus school. He succeeded. Subsequently, the aspiring artist worked part-time at the Mosconcert, performing with humorous monologues and sketches. The young man was inspired by the work of Mikhail Mishin, Semyon Altov and other famous comedians.

After graduating from the circus school, Oleinikov served in the army and in 1974 went to Leningrad. He quickly gained popularity for his comedy stage performances. In those years, he had his first sketch partner - Roman Kazakov. Gradually, the duo began to be invited to television. In addition to filming television programs, Oleinikov made his film debut, starring in the comedies "Kolkhoz entertainment" and "Stepanych's Thai voyage", as well as the series "The Master and Margarita" and other projects.

In 1986, Roman Kazakov died, and Oleinikov began to look for a new stage partner. During the next filming, he met Yuri Stoyanov and never parted with him. In 1993, they launched the comedy television project "Town", which existed for almost 20 years. In each episode, the artists came up with a variety of humorous images from everyday life and skillfully acted them out.

Personal life and death

Ilya Oleinikov has always enjoyed considerable success with the opposite sex due to his unique charisma. In his youth, he had several relationships, but they did not last long. After serving in the army, while in Chisinau, the artist met his true love and future wife Irina, who was a spectator at one of Oleinikov's performances. In marriage, a son, Denis Klyaver, was born, who became a popular singer and a member of the duet "Tea for Two".

In 2011, Oleinikov tried to launch several new creative projects, but the idea failed, and the artist began a prolonged depression. A year later, he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Chemotherapy did not bring any special results and weakened the body even more: heart problems began. Ilya Lvovich fell into a coma, and as a result, the doctors decided to disconnect him from life support systems. The death of the talented comedian came on November 11, 2012.
