The father no longer began to put pressure on his son, and he went with a calm soul to a theater university. But here, too, the study was very difficult, and two years later Lambert dropped out.

Lambert played his first roles in cinema when he studied at the theater. These were episodic works in little-known French films. The real success came six years after the debut. In 1986, Lambert was invited to play the lead role in the cult action movie Highlander. After the release of the film, the whole world learned about the talented actor. Later, several more parts of this film were shot with Lambert in the title role.
To date, the famous artist has more than 80 works in films and TV shows behind his back. In 2018, he starred in the film "Sobibor" by Konstantin Khabensky. The picture tells about the events taking place in the concentration camp of the same name during the Second World War.
