Actor Alexander Sergeevich Bukharov was born in 1975, in the city of Labinsk, Krasnodar Territory. All my childhood was spent in Irkutsk. After graduating from eight grades of a local school, he and his friend decided to go to school. Yes, to learn how to lay tiles, in the late 80s it was necessary to graduate from a specialized secondary educational institution. Fortunately, this did not happen, and by a happy coincidence, Sasha, walking, saw an advertisement for recruitment to the theater school. Reading an excerpt from the classics made the selection committee laugh pretty well: Alexander lurched heavily during his speech. But problems with diction did not prevent Alexander from entering and graduating from college with honors. Acting proved to be a calling.
In 1994, after graduating from college and receiving a red diploma, Alexander decides to fly to Moscow to enter the VGIK named after S. A. Gerasimov. The decision was not easy for Sasha, he has never been to the capital. The family was tight with money; a ticket from Irkutsk to Moscow was not cheap. It seems that my father even had to borrow.
After talking with his father, for whom the decision of his son also came as a surprise, he enters VGIK. And as he does, he barely manages to submit documents before the start of the entrance exams. He was not immediately taken, because the teachers from the commission were very upset because Alexander forgot to quote a few lines from Akhmatova or Tsvetaeva. But they still put the top three. This was enough for admission to the course.
While studying in Moscow, Alexander, like many students, lived mainly on a scholarship in the dormitory of the institute. Parents helped their son as much as they could, and that was enough. Alexander always remembers his student years with warmth and love, because it was the most wonderful time in his life.
But everything ends someday, and after the institute, Alexander is immediately accepted into the troupe of the MDT, where Armen Dzhigarkhanyan is the artistic director to this day.
Cinema and theater
Alexander does not leave the theater for the sake of filming a movie, but the overwhelming majority of his roles take place on large and small screens. At the theater of Armen Borisovich, he participates in such productions as "The Inspector General" based on the work of N. V. Gogol, "Three Sisters" by A. P. Chekhov, "Heart is not a stone", "Powder keg" "Crazy Day or the Marriage of Figaro" and etc.
In cinema, Alexander Sergeevich began with episodic roles in television series, but his most breakthrough work was his participation in Nikolai Lebedev's film "Wolfhound from the clan of gray dogs." When the theater learned that Sasha was being invited to the main role, everyone was very happy, some even cried, they were so happy for their colleague.
It was not easy to act in a film of this scale, it became a real test for the actor. Special effects, battle scenes, make-up, a large number of people on the set, which was quite different from the theatrical stage, plus the main role. And all the attention of the cameras was riveted on Alexander. After the release of "Wolfhound" Alexander woke up almost famous, although real fame came to him after filming the sequel to "Wolfhound" already in the television version.
Numerous proposals were poured in, however, roles were all the time offered in action-packed films. Thank God, Alexander had plenty to choose from, he became popular and could refuse any role offered to him. Now the actor is filmed mainly in television tapes, mainly of a criminal nature.
Love
With his wife Elena Medvedeva, by the way, also an actress, Alexander met in a grocery store. As Alexander himself said, they collided in line, he immediately liked Lena. Alexander Bukharov and Elena came to the grocery store together. Then, in 1997, two young people were students of VGIK and then laughed for a long time when they learned that both were studying at the faculty of acting.
Elena always morally supports Alexander, even on the set of "Wolfhound", when they did not see each other for three months, she patiently waited, even wanted to come to Slovakia, she was sympathetic to the filming process. Now Alexander and Elena are raising their son Dmitry together. These two are tied by strong bonds, and they do not even remotely think about parting. This is what family ties mean.
