Antonio Lucio Vivaldi is one of the composers, violinists, teachers and conductors of Italy. It should also be mentioned that he was a Catholic priest.

Antonio Vivaldi was born in Venice, but unfortunately, no one knows the exact date of his birth. This genius had red curly hair, which is why people called him the red abbot. Vivaldi had a theological and musical education. This man was a very intelligent and well-rounded personality. But in life he was still more interested in issues of music than religion. If, while standing at the altar, thoughts in the direction of music visited him, then he immediately left the altar and went to record musical works.

The main directions of his music were such types as performances in the chamber style and compositions with the sounds of solo violins. Vivaldi was one of the first to introduce types of concertos for violin and orchestra. He created about 20 such concert performances, and is also considered the only person during the development of music to create a concert for two mandolins.

Vivaldi's music belongs to the pre-classical style. In his musical creations, one can feel the imprints of ancient music, which, although it did not bore the notes of Italian creativity, however, began to be recognized as masterpieces throughout the cultural world.
