Analyze the experience of advertising campaigns and advertising practice models of competitors.

It is rare that a firm operates as a monopolist in the market. Often you have to advertise your product in a close environment of similar offers. Think of the spreads of advertising newspapers. The installation of plastic windows, for example, can be advertised simultaneously by dozens of companies. Which ad will "hook"? What is presented graphically competently, enlivened by a successful slogan, supported by a photograph, etc.

Select the types and means of advertising.

Select an advertising medium depending on what is being advertised, for which target group, within which advertising campaign duration. The choice is huge: from a humble flyer to a hot air balloon. The scale of the campaign, financial resources, your professionalism and imagination will help you choose the optimal format for advertising media.

Some advertisers prefer print ads, others prefer radio and TV ads. Someone for their own purposes considers the most effective advertising on transport or banners, and for someone the best information platform is an exhibition.

Step 4

Formulate the general idea of the advertising message in advance and develop general creative approaches to the design of the advertising materials.

The idea can be, for example, an emphasis on a special, unique quality of your product or service.

Create several variants of advertising messages (ads). Test them for memorability, “motivating force.” Evaluate the effect of the emotional component of the text. Choose the most intelligible, understandable, and persuasive pattern.
