Few of the regular military personnel are unequivocally satisfied with their place of service and their immediate commander. But any person (and even the one who wears epaulettes) always has the right to choose. According to the current legislation, a soldier under a contract has the full right to arrange a transfer from one military unit to another at his personal request.

Instructions

Step 1

Find a military unit that suits you best. Make sure there is a vacant position that you would like to transfer to. Please note that this position must necessarily correspond to the one that you currently occupy according to the VUS, since if this condition is not met, you will be refused transfer.

Step 2

Make sure that the commander of the military unit you are interested in agrees to accept you into his service. Make sure that he formalizes his consent with the appropriate attitude and sends this attitude in the prescribed manner to the commander of your military unit. Without this attitude, your translation will not be possible.

Step 3

Make sure the commander of your unit has received a directed attitude. Ensure that your commander approves this attitude and sends a proposal for your appointment to a new position to the personnel bodies of the relevant department, authorized to approve your transfer. Keep in mind that even if your commander is against your transfer to another unit, he is legally prohibited from sending a submission.

Step 4

Wait for the final decision on the transfer. The terms for passing the documents will depend on the number of instances that they will go through. For example, the transfer of an officer between the types of the RF Armed Forces must be formalized by the order of the Deputy Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (Secretary of State). MO orders for appointment to the post are issued monthly.

Step 5

Make sure that the order for your transfer to another unit has arrived. Hand over your cases and get an exemption from the military post that you held. Then head to your new duty station. You must take up official duties at the new place of service no later than one month after receiving the order.

Step 6

Get ready to defend your rights in court. If you are unlawfully refused to transfer from part to part or deliberately delay the transfer of documents to the authorities, seek legal support.
