Maksim Martsinkevich, nicknamed "The Cleaver", considers himself a civic activist, promoter of the ideology of National Socialism, video blogger, writer and director.
What is the Cleaver famous for?
Previously, Maxim Martsinkevich was an NS skinhead and the leader of the Format-18 nationalist group. He became famous after he posted several videos of racist content on the Internet, after which a case was opened against him under Article 282 for inciting ethnic hatred. Under the article, he was imprisoned for three and a half years. Tesak's trial went public and attracted press attention as one of the high-profile political cases of 2009.
Martsinkevich filmed a production video showing the execution of a Tajik drug dealer by hanging. The video made a lot of noise. Despite the staged nature, he became the main piece of evidence in the case.
Upon his release from prison, Martsinkevich wrote the book "Restruct", which tells about his life in prison and about prison rules in general. He posted the book on the Internet for free access, but in the preface he demanded that every honest reader pay him 50 rubles. He also began work on the Occupy Pedophilia project, which brought him all-Russian fame. Videos with the pedophiles caught by him gathered a large audience.
In parallel, Martsinkevich took up numerous projects, including advertising. He also created the public movement "Restruct" on the basis of nationalist ideology. The movement's motto was: "Don't believe, don't be afraid, don't work." His activities once again attracted the attention of human rights defenders, who filed a lawsuit against him under the same Article 282. Martsinkevich left the country and tried to hide in Cuba, but was deported and arrested upon arrival in Moscow. He is currently under investigation and awaiting trial.

Despite his extremist activities, Tesak proved to be a creative and resourceful person. He managed to create several successful projects, of which the main place, of course, is occupied by Occupy Pedophilia. The project participants got acquainted with potential pedophiles via the Internet, posing as teenagers, and offered to meet for sexual pleasures.
It turned out that there are a lot of lovers of sex with minors. Tesak's victims did not go to the police because they themselves feared criminal prosecution.
The victim was caught, presented with compromising correspondence, and then subjected to humiliation and beatings. All this was filmed and posted on the Internet. The videos quickly gained popularity, and Tesak organized Occupy Pedophilia branches in many major cities.
