Director by vocation
Alan Badoev was born in 1981 in North Ossetia in the city of Beslan. But soon the family moved to Ukraine in the small mining town of Horlivka (Donetsk region). After school, Alan was so fascinated by the world of cinema and art that he easily entered the Kiev Institute of Cinema and Television, which, of course, surprised his family and friends. But Alan not only immersed himself in his studies, he immediately began to make films, for a start documentary. Everything that was filmed by him during his studies, then formed the basis of the cycle "Life, take two". Moreover, these works were awarded awards at film festivals.
Later, video clips became the main work of Alan. Although initially he did not at all strive to shoot in the music video genre. But in the last year of the university Badoev met the producer Yuri Nikitin, who offered him to shoot a video for the aspiring Ukrainian singer Irina Bilyk for the song "Snow". By the way, Philip Kirkorov later began to perform this song. The first video for the singer turned out to be so original that Alan was invited to work with famous performers in Ukraine and Russia. And for Kirkorov, a few years later, Badoev also shot a video for the song "We parted so absurdly." At the moment, Alan Badoev has more than 250 video clips on his account.
Alan did not stop there. While still a student, he wrote the script for the film "Angels Live Opposite", for which he received another award and recognition. And his directorial work - the film "Orange Love" receives worldwide recognition, after the picture was shown in Cannes out of competition. In 2012, Badoev became one of the invited directors in the almanac "Moms", where he shoots the short story "Partner".
Love for art
Later in Alan's life, television appeared. He becomes the host of the Eagle or Tails travel show together with his wife Zhanna. But after the first season, he leaves the show, devoting himself to other programs.
The personal life of Alan Badoev is hidden from prying eyes, and therefore generates a lot of gossip and rumors. For nine years, the director was an exemplary family man: he and his wife raised daughter Lolita and her son from his first marriage, Boris. But in 2012, the couple divorced. Later, Jeanne went to live in Italy with her new husband. Moreover, Alan often visits the family - he visits his daughter. Badoev himself did not remarry after the divorce, and therefore he is credited with novels either with novice singers whom he produces, then with … singers. Recently, his Instagram is replete with joint pictures with an unknown brunette. And time will tell whether it is love or PR.
