In the most ordinary Moscow family (mother is a nurse, and father is an electrical engineer) on March 6, 1977, the future Russian actor was born. Together with his older brother Oleg, he often dreamed of airplanes due to the fact that their place of residence was in the immediate vicinity of the Domodedovo airport. This also became the reason for active participation in the life of the local flying club, where Sergey was an amateur pilot.
After receiving a certificate of secondary education, Burunov enters the Kachin military aviation school, from where he was expelled from the second year due to poor progress. And it wasn't that the curriculum was too tough for him. It's just that at this time Sergei spent all his free time not on the granite of science, but on KVN performances, which engulfed him headlong.
In 1997, Sergei Burunov returned to Moscow and failed the exams at Pike, after which he worked for a year at a circus school and again could not enter the same theater university. However, with the financial help of parents, he moves to a paid department.
In 2002, an aspiring actor with a diploma of thematic higher education could not find a suitable vacancy in Moscow theaters, and therefore got a job at a radio station. Here Alexander Shirvindt noticed him and helps him get into the troupe of the Satire Theater. For four years, this stage became his home for him, where he took part in productions: "Schweik", "Too Married Taxi Driver" and others.
And in 2007 he successfully passed the casting for the project "Big Difference" and was noted for his talented performance on the stage of "Teatra.doc" in the play "Blue Locksmith". This year can be called a real start-up of his creative career, because now he has invariably been called the master of the parody genre. Today, there are already several hundred parodies behind him, which is a real sign of talent and fertility.
Sergei Burunov made his film debut in 2002, when he appeared on the set of the "Code of Honor" series.
