Borisova Ekaterina Yurievna was born in Fergana on February 22, 1962. Father was a colonel of the Air Defense Forces, mother - Antonina - a teacher of chemistry and biology. On March 7, 1959, they escaped from college studies to the registry office and sealed their relationship by marriage. Made the right decision for them forever. They gave birth and raised two daughters. Ekaterina has a sister, Arina.
Katya's childhood was spent traveling through the cities of Russia. They moved frequently. They lived in Kirovabad, Moscow, Khabarovsk and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. For ten years of study, Katya changed nine schools.
Love for literature
Mom was more involved in raising Katya. She led the girl to read. By the age of six, she was fluent in reading fairy tales. She especially liked the Moldavian ones. From the fifth grade, Russian classics were used. Mom did not make any discounts on age and recommended Katya serious works by N. Gogol, L. Tolstoy, A. Pushkin and N. Chernyshevsky. Mom somehow unobtrusively managed to arouse Katya's interest in books. The work "What is to be done?" ended up in the hands of Katya in connection with one case. In the fifth grade, she came running from school alarmed and asked: “What to do, Mom? What to do?" She could not complete or solve some school assignment. Mom said: "Take this and read Chernyshevsky." Katya did not find answers to her questions in the book, but she met Chernyshevsky.
Her love for the work of A. S. Pushkin. His flying syllable drives her crazy. As a child, she made many new discoveries for herself from his fairy tales. And as she became more mature and began to study Slavic culture, she understood even more the depth of the poet's works.

Love for theater
Catherine has loved theater since childhood. In Moscow, her mother often took her to performances. She treats the theater in a special way. She likes not only all the performances, but the whole atmosphere of the theater. She smells him, examines the surroundings with trepidation, often touches the wings, seats, and the stage. She is fascinated by the lighting and the play of light on the stage. From the age of three she dreamed of working in the theater. Returning to Bryansk, she got a job in a drama theater. The first weeks at the theater, Catherine did not understand what was happening, she was shocked and enthusiastic. She now had two lives. One began in the morning with the opening of the oak theater door, the other in the evening, after the theater door was closed.
Ekaterina played in the Bryansk Drama Theater when Vladimir Vorontsov was the director. She made friends with him, they talked a lot. She left the theater a long time ago, and she still remembers the repertoire of that time and the great artists with whom she was very fortunate even to just stand on stage.
Since the end of the 90s, Catherine has changed many professions. She painted and sold paintings.
