Please contact private postal operators. The offices of the main small cargo delivery organizations in the world are concentrated in Moscow. From Europe and the United States, parcels can be sent to Moscow using FedEx, and from Russian cities, for example, via Russian Express Mail. Such a parcel will be delivered to the addressee faster, but the cost of the services of such an operator will be higher than that of regular mail.
