A distant start

The creative biography of Yuri Vladimirovich Kormushin took shape bit by bit. The first grain is the desire to get things done. The second is purposeful action. And then the process develops according to the situation. The future martial artist was born on December 4, 1969 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the famous city of Donetsk. My father worked in the mine. Mother edited programs on local television.
In childhood, Yura spent a lot of time with his grandfather. It was the grandfather who introduced his grandson to physical education and a healthy lifestyle. When the boy's friends wandered aimlessly along the street, Kormushin spent his time with benefit. At seven in the morning, the child went to the pool. Then he hurried to school. After class - to the music school. Then go to the gym for a workout. Returning home, I managed to complete my homework and fell asleep soundly. And so day after day. Having received a certificate of maturity, Yuri decided to get a musical education at the Leningrad Institute of Culture and Arts.
Professional activity
By the time I graduated from the institute, the situation in the country had changed. It was very difficult for a young performer to find a good job. In the fall of 1991, Kormushin left for Warsaw, where he had friends and relatives. Here he played in a chamber orchestra, perfected himself in martial arts and underwent a training course at the "Objektiv" acting studio. He starred in several films, after the release of which Yuri was persistently called to Peter. Upon his return, he began working as a music editor for one of the television channels.
After a short period of time, Kormushin moved to Moscow, where he hosted the author's program “School of Survival” on the REN-TV channel. The TV presenter's career is developing quite successfully. At the same time, a textured presenter and a martial arts specialist are beginning to be invited to shoot a movie. At first, Yuri advised the staging of scenes with fistfights. Then he was filmed as an actor. In the painting "Duel" he only fights. And in the movie "Wedding Ring" already plays one of the main roles.
Prospects and personal life
The actor became really popular after the release of the movie "Chess Syndrome". Kormushin not only plays roles, but also takes part in creating scenarios. For several seasons he hosted the culinary and entertainment program "The Dinner Party" on television.
