After the flood in the Kuban in July 2012, thousands of families lost everything that was acquired. All of them were awarded some compensation by the state. In an emergency, the numbers were different. Later they changed. Many people still cannot understand how much money they owe as material assistance.
Not only residents of the flooded Krymsk have the right to receive compensation, also those who have suffered as a result of floods in Gelendzhik, Novorossiysk and other villages of the Krasnodar Territory located in the Krymsk region can apply for money.
Immediately after the tragedy, the victims were given an amount equal to 10,000 rubles. for the initial costs of basic necessities. She relied on every person who lost his property when the water descended. In the event of a complete loss of property, each family is entitled to 160,000 rubles. for each family member without limiting the number. If there was a partial loss of property, the amount of compensation was determined at 75,000 rubles. for each member of the affected family.
In addition, those who decide to rebuild their homes should be provided with assistance in purchasing building materials. Families who decide to move should get new housing in other cities of the Krasnodar Territory. The list of places for resettlement also includes the largest regional municipality - the city of Krasnodar.
Compensation for primary needs was issued immediately without presentation of any documents. With the amounts of an order of magnitude more, the situation is somewhat more complicated. So, after the disaster, it turned out that many people lived in Krymsk, but were not registered. This means that it will be more difficult for them to get money than for the indigenous people. After all, you have to go to court. The authorities promise that the meetings will be held as soon as possible, and the testimony of witnesses - neighbors will be accepted as evidence of the residence of a family that is not registered in the affected territory.
Today, receiving compensation has become somewhat more complicated due to the fact that fraudsters have appeared who are trying to speculate on the tragedy. Some unscrupulous homeowners have been seen destroying their homes themselves. Others unreasonably demand compensation due to the fact that they were flooded by neighbors at about the same moment. Therefore, now the authorities, having issued most of the compensation, are already beginning to be cautious and are carefully checking all incoming applications.
