Childhood, adolescence
Ida was born on June 10, 1941. The family lived in Kazan, father Solomon Iosifovich was a professor of medicine. He taught dentistry at the university. His works became the basis of dental manuals. Aida's mother was a surgeon. The girl early became interested in dancing, she studied English from the age of 4. Later the family lived in Irkutsk.

Career

Despite the talent and popularity, the authorities did not like Vedishcheva, they restricted concerts, they were not allowed on TV. In the mid-70s, her name disappeared from the posters, records, videotapes were destroyed. The main reason for this attitude was that Aida did not support the withdrawal of Soviet troops to Prague. In the end, Vedishcheva decided to emigrate. In 1980 she left for the USA. In America, Aida graduated from theater college, and after 2 years began performing at Carnegie Hall. It was produced by Joe Franklin, who worked with Brabra Streisand, Liza Minnelli.
Then Aida Semyonovna started having health problems, she moved from New York to California. She had her own theater, she gave concerts at the Fries Club. Vedishcheva became the first singer from the Union to conquer America.
Personal life
Ida's first husband is Vyacheslav Vedishchev, a circus artist. They had a son, Vladimir, but Aida's life with Vyacheslav did not work out. The second time Vedishcheva married Boris Dvernik, he was a pianist, directed VIA "Meloton", where the singer performed. The marriage lasted 9 years, the couple broke up in America.
Vedishcheva married for the third time when she was 45 years old. Jay Marcaff, a millionaire, became her husband. But after 3 years they separated, because Aida wanted to start performing again, and her husband was against it. The fourth spouse of Vedischeva was Naim Bedjim, an Israeli businessman.
