Even Hegel said that everything that exists is worthy of destruction. In reality, death is an inevitable moment in life that every person will have to “go through”.

Step 1
Death in a primitive society. It was in primitive society that death was in no way separated from life, did not stand out in the meaning of the end or beginning. She was only a line, crossing which, a person fell into the afterlife. The idea of the afterlife consisted of seeing the same world as before death, where a person conducts similar activities based on the same social relations, but in a different space. Of course, one cannot speak of death as the end of life in this context.
Step 2
The expulsion from the community was considered a semblance of the death of an individual. That is, death was considered not a physical cessation of existence, but a social one. Ordinary physical death was a transition to another world, as well as a continuation of life - both of the deceased and of the entire community.
Step 3
Death in a more advanced society. Individual death as an object of special attention began to be considered by society during the period of development of commodity production. Everything changed, since now individuals were divided and opposed, and personal, individual life was already considered outside the community. A person has become not just a part of a group of people like him, but an individual with a set of feelings, personal feelings, connections with other people, special events, etc. In this regard, the physical death of a particular person was considered as the end of his existence, since the life of the community, even indirectly, was no longer a continuation of the life of the deceased. During this period, both the fear of death and the desire to commit suicide appear.
Step 4
Religion brings back the primitive judgments about death as a moment of life, in which death becomes more important than life. If we talk about Christianity, then it is death that is a cult symbol that every believing Christian should strive for. Death is considered a deliverance from life's suffering and deprivation. Everyone is promised the Last Judgment, during which a person will receive "what he deserves" the life he deserves. Life beyond death continues in a new way - without social inequality, labor and other worries and burdens of social life. The afterlife becomes the world of getting rid of the shortcomings of life. Thus, death becomes not only a logical continuation of existence, but also an object to which they strive to come with a certain baggage of actions committed during the period of life. Moreover, death takes on the meaning of life's only justification. At the same time, suicide is considered a grave sin, while religion obliges everyone to "carry their own cross."
