A note "about health" is considered a one-time commemoration, is served with the obligatory image of a cross at the beginning of the sheet and requires compliance with special rules regarding the very number of names indicated in it. If you want to pray for the health of a very large number of people, it is better to break the note into two, three or more parts, this way you show respect for the church and the work of the priest.
Such mentions should include both those who need physical help and those who need psychological support or forgiveness of their sins. The Church recommends including in the commemoration of their benefactors and enemies.
Prayer
All compiled notes must be submitted in advance, before the completion of the planned divine liturgy, then the note will be read during the proskomedia, or the preliminary part of the prayer service. It should also be remembered that such a "health note" applies only to those who now live on earth, otherwise it belongs to the category of "funeral". Notes should be written only from a pure heart with the most sincere desire to help a person, otherwise it will not take the proper effect. Never write the words "suffering", "embittered" or "lost" in a note.
