Family, early years
Igor Igorevich was born on February 6, 1960. His hometown is Moscow. Igor's father was a military man, his mother was an economist. Since childhood, the boy was carried away by music, with pleasure he mastered the piano. His first teacher was Eugene Kapulsky.

Personal life
The first marriage of Igor Igorevich was not registered. During that period, Matvienko had a lot of tours. They have a son, Stanislav, now he lives abroad.
