What are the sins? In any religion, there are acts that are especially condemned. Regardless of the denomination, there are actions that the ministers of the church condemn. These actions are called mortal sins.

Pride. According to the Western scheme, the main sins are numbered by Pope Gregory. He decided to put forward spiritual sins first and then carnal sins. He put pride on the first line. This act includes vanity and excessive pride. It is not only about an overestimated self-esteem, but also about being like God. People who prove their sinlessness are also proud.
Step 2
Envy. This mortal sin is the second on the list. It includes jealousy of others and black envy of them. At the same time, it does not matter whether you are jealous of beautiful clothes and good wealth of a person or his appearance. This feeling carries with it negative actions towards a successful competitor. Any envy carries evil in itself and is condemned by the church.
Step 3
Anger. This is one of the most extensive concepts in church ideology. Hot temper and irritability are ranked among him. Any angry thoughts and dreams of taking revenge on the offender are sinful. As soon as there is a place for rage in your heart, the mind after it is already clouded and intoxicated by the idea of vengeance. This leads to destruction. Arguments with neighbors using obscenities and swear words are also unacceptable. Resentment is a stage that portends enmity and anger. Over time, it transforms into hatred and vengeance. Condemning people and slandering them are also related to this sin.

Despondency. This is one of the most versatile concepts in religion. Among the main sins, it is the most controversial, since it includes depression, and laziness to prayer, and an idle lifestyle, and inactivity. Lack of desire to repent and fearlessness in the face of God's wrath are also included in this sin.
Step 5
Greed. Greed and passion for money, including their accumulation and stupid spending, have always been condemned by the clergy. Greed also includes riotous feasts and the love of money as an object, not a means of purchase.
Step 6
Gluttony. Overeating and gluttony are considered one of the common sinful manifestations of modern people. They do not observe sacred fasting, which outrages the church.
Step 7
Voluptuousness. A broad concept that includes both fornication before marriage and adultery. Reading romance novels is also religiously frowned upon. Even the look that seduces a married woman is sinful. Inappropriate conversations and expressions of affection towards busy people are forbidden. If a woman tries to wear flashy jewelry and clothes in order to be noticed, she deliberately tries to seduce men. Accordingly, she too is guilty of sin.
