Kai Metov is a Russian singer who was popular in the 90s. At the zenith of fame, he collected huge halls, stadiums of the public. The real name of the singer is Kairat Erdenovich Metov.
Biography
Kai Metov was born in Karaganda, date of birth - 19.09.1964. Then his family moved to Alma-Ata, where Kai spent his childhood. The boy was carried away by music, he had perfect pitch.
Kai studied at the republican music school, mastered playing the violin. He took part in competitions, in one of them he took 1st place. Kai was enrolled out of competition in the music school at the Moscow Conservatory.
1982-1984 Metov served in the army, but continued to study music. He was a member of VIA "Molodist", then was its leader, gained experience of performing on the stage.

Since 1985 Kai Metov worked at the Tambov Philharmonic, he was also a sound engineer, arranger, wrote songs. Kai met his first wife when he was young. Her name is Natalya, she worked in a store. Kai's second marriage is civil, he lived with O. Filimontseva, ex-soloist of the group "Love Stories". They met in the city of Kemerovo on tour. They immediately liked each other.
