Sergei Aleksandrovich Mikheev positions himself as a political scientist. This means that he regularly monitors events in this area, comments and reveals the meanings of what is happening. Sergei was born in May 1967. An ordinary Moscow family. The child grew and developed as a person in a healthy atmosphere.
