And also in his life there were so many different events, meetings, situations that you can shoot a separate series about this. Biography
Yuri Vaksman was born in Tiraspol in 1961. He lived like all his peers - he studied, played in the yard with his peers, graduated from school. Then life threw him to Voronezh, to the theater institute. It was 1982, and the specter of perestroika loomed on the doorstep, though not yet very clearly.
Therefore, Yuri gladly entered the service in the Yaroslavl Youth Theater, followed by another service - in the army. He ended up in the air defense forces, paid a debt to the Motherland, and two years later returned to his native Youth Theater.
I would have worked there, probably, if not for the 90s. At this time, the actors were in poverty, many simply left. Waxman decided it was time for business, and he and his friends opened the Actor Bar. It was located in the city center and was quite popular, many famous and popular people used to go there.
For unknown reasons, in 1955, Yuri Mikhailovich moved to Cyprus and worked there as a bartender for two years. The next point of the actor's journey was Israel and the billiard business. However, the theater did not leave the former actor, and by the beginning of the new century he returned to Yaroslavl.
Here Waxman, Vorontsov and Gusev opened a private chamber theater - one of the first in Russia. The theater was headed by Vladimir Vorontsov. Yuri played a variety of roles in this theater in many plays. It was both classics and modern plays.
Film career
Waxman's first film role was quite serious: the role of an investigator in the drama "Body" (1990). The next role came to him only ten years later in the film "Oligarch". A little later, new roles came, and quite a lot - Yuri became a rather popular film actor.
Yuri Vaksman became famous for the painting "Flowers of Evil" and the TV series "Youth" - after them he gained immense popularity.
However, acting is not Waxman's only occupation. He is now also a producer of YarSinema, a Yaroslavl film studio that makes its own films and provides such an opportunity to other companies.
He became the producer of the films Snow on the Head (2009), Clowns (2009), Hydraulics (2010), Masha Kolosova's Herbarium (2010), Fragments of Dreams (2016).
Yuri Vaksman is a member of United Russia. He is a supporter of the idea that everyone has the right to personal self-determination and everyone has the right to be where he wants, bearing in mind the ambiguous attitude towards this party.
