Biography
Berguzar was born on 1982-02-09 in Istanbul. Her parents are famous Turkish actors Tanju Korel and Hulia Darjan. After graduating from college, she entered the theatrical department at the Sinan Architect University. Already during her studies, Berguzar began acting in short films, as well as performing on the stage.
The actress took several lessons from the famous Susan Baston, who taught such Hollywood stars as Tom Hanks and Nicole Kidman.
In 2006, Berguzar played in the action movie Valley of the Wolves: Iraq. For her role, she specially studied Arabic. After the film, she was invited to play the lead role in the drama series 1001 Nights. The image of Shaherizada was brought by Berguzar "The Golden Butterfly". Moreover, on the set of the series, she met her future husband, Khalit Ergench.
In 2009, the actress starred in the movie Love Is Just Around, and in 2011 she played Monica Gritti in the famous TV series The Magnificent Century.
