Mikhail Galustyan is a famous comedian, actor, showman, resident of the Comedy Club TV show, participant in numerous humorous projects, former captain of the popular Sochi KVN team Burnt by the Sun.
Biography
Mikhail Galustyan (real name Nshan) was born in 1979, on October 25, into an Armenian family in Sochi. An unusual name was given to him in honor of his grandfather. By the way, the name Nshan in translation from Armenian means “sign, sign”, and the surname Galustyan means “coming to the house”. Mom Susanna worked as a trauma doctor in a hospital, and dad Sergei worked as a cook. The family was simple but respected in the city. Later, Nshan had a brother David. In the family, the eldest son was called Misha, so he introduced himself to everyone that way.
Childhood and adolescence
Little from childhood was mischievous and kindly perky. He took part in all matinees, theatrical performances, moreover, the most active part: he sang songs, read poetry, played scenes. And, of course, he has always been the center of attention and the soul of the company.
When he went to third grade, his parents sent him to a music school, where he studied piano for two years. Then he also attended the puppet theater. And even managed to go in for sports, attended the judo section at the Palace of Pioneers. A little later, his parents transferred Misha to a gymnasium, where he almost instantly became a star, inventing and performing the tale of Winnie the Pooh.
And in the 9th grade, Mikhail became the captain of the KVN school team. With his participation, the team beat rivals not only from Sochi, but also from other cities.
Mikhail's mother wanted her son to become a physician too, and after school in 1966 he entered a medical school with a degree in “paramedic-obstetrician of international class”. But after seeing the childbirth process, he decided that medicine was not for him. And after graduating from medical school, Mikhail entered the Sochi University to become a teacher.
At this time he was already a member of the KVN team "Burnt by the Sun". This was the time of numerous performances, tours, as a result of which the student rarely appeared in the classroom. And he was expelled. And after the victory, the teams in the Higher League were restored in Moscow. By the way, Alexander Maslyakov himself invited the team to participate in the Higher League, after he saw the talented guys on the stage.
After successful performances and victories "Burnt by the Sun" became an independent team, and Mikhail was invited to participate in a new project on TNT "Our Russia". Galustyan starred with Sergei Svetlakov and the audience liked this project so much that it lasted 6 years. A very successful period in his life associated with creativity began.
Creativity and career
In parallel with filming in "Our Russia", Mikhail became an actor in comedy films, voiced cartoon characters, was on the jury of KVN and other television projects, and since 2012 he even began producing films in which he starred.
To date, the filmography of Mikhail Galustyan has more than 4 dozen films. The most famous and beloved: "The Bearded Man", "A Gift with Character", "Still Carlson", "Ticket to Vegas", "8 New Dates", "Our Russia: Eggs of Fate", "Zaitsev + 1" and many others.
Personal life
Mikhail has been happily married to his beloved for many years. They met Victoria in 2003. Then she was still a student of the Kuban University.
After 4 years, Mikhail proposed to the beautiful bride. And she agreed. The couple are raising two daughters: Estella and Elina.
As Mikhail says about himself, in fact, he would really like to get a serious role, and not play constantly stupid, funny, comic characters. Indeed, in life he is a rather serious and responsible person. Mikhail hopes that as soon as he plays in a drama at least once, he will be constantly offered roles of this kind.
