Step 3
If this person was going to have an operation, and you know which one, find out in which clinics they are carried out, and contact the referral service of medical institutions with a request. However, such information will be provided to you only on condition of a personal visit and upon presentation of documents proving that you are a close relative of this person, and even then not in all cases.

Step 5
If there is an accident or an accident, the best option would be to call first the admission department of the N. N.
