Step 1
Usually the complaint is addressed to the first person of the company. If you know his last name, initials and title, please indicate. Step 2
Title the content of the document with the word “claim” or “appeal.” Below, describe the essence of the incident that led you to contact the company - from the very beginning, without going into details. Emphasize what your rights have been violated by the actions of company representatives, what provisions of the current legislation are contrary to, and then state what you are asking for. Each requirement, especially a material one (for example, if you are asking for a refund for a poor-quality product), it is advisable to justify the provisions of the current legislation, from which they arise.
Step 3
At the end, warn about further actions if you ignore your letter or an unmotivated refusal: file a lawsuit, where you will demand compensation for material damage and moral harm caused to you, etc.
Step 4
Print and sign the finished claim. You can take it to the office of the company or any subdivision related to it (branch, additional office, store), etc. In this case, make a copy and request that it be stamped with acceptance with the date, signature and stamp of the accepting person. In case of refusal to accept the document or make a note about it, send it to the company's address by mail with a valuable letter with a list of attachments and return receipt.
