Biography
Vadim Viktorovich Demchog was born in the Estonian SSR in the city of Narva, in 1963 on March 13. The mother of the future artist was a wayward woman - when the boy was only three months old, she left her husband, taking her son. The woman began to actively equip her personal life, she was married 6 times, while Vadim was often left to himself.
During his school years, he enjoyed amateur performances, participated in puppet and theatrical performances. In his words, the lack of attention from the mother played a significant role in choosing a future profession. The surname by which the actor became known, he chose himself when he received his passport. At birth, he was Vadim Menshikh (on his father's side), he never liked this surname, and at the age of 16 he replaced it with his mother's surname - Demchog.
After school, the guy finally decided to connect his life with the stage. Despite his poor academic performance, he quite easily entered the famous Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, which he successfully graduated in 1984.
Career
Vadim began to take his first steps in creativity in one of the drama theaters in Leningrad. Later he moved to the famous capital's Youth Theater. Since 1992, he got a job at the Europa Plus radio station as a presenter. His first appearance on television took place in 2003. During the year, he performed two cameo roles in the television series "Agency NLS 2" and in the cult "Streets of Broken Lights". After that, there were a huge number of small roles in popular TV shows and films.
Since 2009, Vadim has launched a small animated series on YouTube - Mr. Freeman. In short videos, the main character makes the viewer think about the modern lifestyle, about popular trends and their impact on people. For a long time, this project was mega-popular. But the role in the well-known television series "Interns" brought Vadim real recognition. The actor got one of the main roles of a venereologist, his addiction to alcohol and Jewish roots added to the comic character of the character.
