Indeed, the role of the Internet in the lives of our contemporaries is simply colossal. Until recently, it was considered an exotic rarity, and now it has become an everyday companion for hundreds of millions of people around the world. Communication in various forums, blogging, pages on social networks has become a favorite pastime for citizens of various states (especially young people). Unfortunately, the escape from reality to the virtual world has become a serious psychological problem that directly affects the health and well-being of many people. Young people now prefer computer games.

Our contemporaries, thanks to the same Internet, were able to find a wide variety of information in the shortest possible time. On the one hand, this is good. On the other hand, because of this opportunity, some people, especially children and adolescents, lose the desire to study, acquire knowledge, memorize the necessary information, because you can ask a question in a search engine at any time, and an answer will be immediately received! And this entails serious negative consequences, including a decrease in the literacy rate.

The modern generation is very light-headed. International tourism in the XXI century has become extremely widespread. Some people no longer use the services of travel agencies, they choose and book hotels and air tickets themselves. In addition to the classic beach holiday or acquaintance with historical and cultural attractions, extreme tourism is gaining more and more popularity (of course, among people who are well prepared physically).

A characteristic feature of many contemporaries is health problems. Doctors all over the world are sounding the alarm, pointing out that the majority of schoolchildren by the time they receive their high school diplomas already have a whole bunch of diseases. And in adulthood, these problems only get worse. The main reasons are a sedentary lifestyle, an unhealthy environment, frequent consumption of fast food, sugary soda, chips, nervous tension, as well as stress common for residents of large cities.
