The goods we buy and the services they provide to us are not always of high quality. By law, the consumer has the right to compensation for material and moral costs. But in order to receive this compensation, it is necessary to correctly draw up and send a claim to an unscrupulous seller. And it is best to send this claim by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Step 1
Write the text of the claim and go to the mail. Take a regular mailing envelope. Indicate the recipient's detailed address and your own address on the envelope in the designated fields. Also, on the top of the blank section of the envelope, write: “the declared value is ten rubles. 00 kopecks. (the amount of rubles is indicated in words, kopecks - in numbers). Evaluating a letter is not worth more.
Step 2
Take two forms called "Inventory of Attachments" Fill out these forms. In the top line "attachments to" write: "valuable letter with a notification", in the columns "To" and "Where" indicate the recipient's details. Then fill out the inventory directly. Write verbatim and in detail the contents of the shipment. For example: "A claim for poor quality indication of services with a claim for compensation for harm." Do not be alarmed that this entry does not fit on one line. Use as many lines as needed. In the appropriate columns, indicate the quantity (1 piece) and the value (10 rubles). In the line "The grand total of items and declared value" write: "1 item, 10 rubles." Please sign.
Step 3
Fill out the return receipt form. Check the boxes "Letter" and "Custom" and indicate the recipient's address in the corresponding lines. If necessary, consult with the post office.
Step 4
Give the envelope with the claim, the inventory blanks and the return receipt to the postal worker for verification. Explain to him that you need to send a valuable return receipt letter. Wait while he checks the attachment and certifies the inventory with his signature and seal. One copy of the inventory should be sealed by the postal worker in an envelope along with the letter, and the second should be given to you along with the receipt for sending the letter. Don't lose these documents!
Step 5
Wait until you receive a confirmation of delivery of the letter you sent. Staple the notice, inventory, and receipt together and store them. If your claim is not satisfied, these documents will become your evidence in court.
