After registration, you will need to enter your username and password to be in your personal account. Next, you should select a heading, write a text, provide contact information and send a request to publish your ad.
Step 3
You can also place an ad in the Iz Ruk v Ruki newspaper on the website www.irr.ru in the section "Place an advertisement in print media". As for placing an advertisement on the site, log in to the system using your username and password, and in your personal account select the section for publishing an advertisement in the newspaper

In addition, you can apply for the publication of an advertisement in the editions "From Ruk to Ruki" by calling the city phone. Call (495) 921-48-04 to place your ad in the Miscellaneous, Activities and Services, Recreation, Tourism, Leisure and Entertainment, Improvement, Sports, Messages sections. Or call (495) 921-48-05 to place your ad under the headings "Means of Transport" and "Real Estate". The cost of a call to the first number will be 35 rubles, and to the second - 85 rubles.
Step 5
Another option is to call 09200 from a mobile phone and dictate the text of the advertisement to the operator. The cost of a minute of conversation for subscribers of "Beeline", "MTS" and "MegaFon" will be 85 rubles. In this case, the contact information in the announcement will indicate the phone number from which the call was made.
